I needed to get my hygiene certificate quickly, for a job interview. I've worked in a pub kitchen before, so I knew some of the info that was covered, but a lot was quite new to me.

The test questions at the end of each chapter were helpful, and I used some of the videos for the chapters I didn't know so much about, but just the reading material for those I did already know. I passed first time, and got my certificate printed straight away.

This is an excellent course it will give more idea, knowledge on how to handle food in a safe way. My friend recommend this web page to me.. bit in tense but if you review and understand the food safety you will definitely pass.. I am so please when i’ve done my course and pass my test..

Just completed a level 2 food safety certificate. Took me a good 6 hours as I wanted to learn as much as possible, rather than just tick a box and pass a test. Gave me lots of food for thought (no pun intended). The 2 presenters of the course made the course sufficiently light-hearted that it remained educational while holding my attention. Very pleased at passing, and given me a sense of protection that I have taken measures to protect myself and my business from any legal issues, as well as safeguarding the gerneal public, which is of course, the ultimate goal.

The level 3 course was not a walk over! It required one to have read and understood the points, given the importance of food hygiene training this was good.

The course could be done in large of small chunks to suit the user. The website was easy to follow

I felt I had learnt about relevant issues to my business Kitchen and felt confident to explain and control food hygiene issues.

I would recommend this course.

The only reservation I had was Gas around the training manuals.

I needed to complete an updated Level 2 Food Safety Hygiene so I could volunteer for Crisis at Christmas. I have used The Safer Food Group in the past and wouldn't use anyone else - Their videos are enjoyable and informative, I learnt what I needed and received my certificate right away. Highly recommend!

I needed a Health and Safety Qualification so that I could continue to teach catering at a basic level. All the usual avenues I take were not available. I spotted this one on line and was extremely impressed with their website and what they had to offer. Quick and easy to access. Even an option to just complete the assessment if you would rather than take the whole course.

The format and the set u p was extremely professional and easy to follow. As I hadn't been cooking for a while I took the course rather than just skip to the test. At no point was I bored or tempted to click on to the test.

Everything is there to see and is explained simply. If you are looking for a quick reasonably priced certificate then this is the one for you

I just feel soo incredibly relieved that I've passed my level 3 and do not have to watch & listen to the two guys I dealt with for a single minute longer! Their whole demeanour, language and chattiness(not to mention the crappy jokes)is just dreadful and if the course hadn't been paid for by my boss I would've abandoned it-they're just doing your head in by treating a fairly normal, half-intelligent chef like a complete monkey.I don't care how much you like your tea breaks,biscuits & fig rolls-just get on with the task, aaaargh!

Yes,they're cheaper than Virtual College, but hey, you pay peanuts and get monkeys!!!

PS:how about a foundation course in PRONUNCIATION & SPELLING?!

The course was easy to use and I was able to complete this at home in my own time. The course was set out in an easy to understand way and was suitable for all levels.
