Food Hygiene at Level 3 can be at best very dry and hard to motivate oneself to knuckle down to. I needed to update my certificate and didn't want to spend days away from work. This course by saferfoodsupervisor was perfect for my situation. It was presented well and in bite sized chunks that where fun to do. I enjoyed the videos and found the written materials useful. I was able to undertake the course at my own pace and go back to chapters that i wanted to spend more time on. I was even able to put the course on hold for some time then go back to it. Food Hygiene made appetising .

Given the very reasonable cost i can not see why anyone would not seriously consider this course when making sure that supervisory staff have the adequate qualifications to carry out their roles.

As a bonus the course is packed with documents that you can take away and plenty of advice on how to implement what you have learnt into your work.

The level 3 course is very well structured. There is excellent downloadable material which I printed off for guidance. This has helped me with my training sessions at work. Good presentation helps the staff engage with this very complex and sometimes boring subject!!

I could understand the course content with ease. The ability to come back to the course as and when you feel like it because of the length of time the course runs was a great help when you work in a busy environment. Three months compared to one month on the Level 2.

I strongly recommend this course for any kitchen managers who do not have the time to go on courses but who can work at their own leisure.

I found course easy to use, could log in when I want where I want and do at my own convenience which is very important for a business owner. The course is well laid out, I'm looking forward to doing more courses.

I found the course very easy to follow. It is great that you can do it in your own time and at your own pace. I would definitely recommend this course and other courses to anyone who is wanting to progress in the food industry.

I had my level 3 exam done dusted and accredited within 30 min that's it for another 3 years just wish I would have took me time to look around the downloads

The presentation skills of both Tutors made the course easy to understand and lightened up the time listening to the facts. The course is very user-friendly and the fast track test is a very good tool to prepare someone for the test. The downloads and links are very useful. We will use the company again as all our 50 staff are getting already trained through The Safer Food Group. A huge complement to the creators and presenters of the course as they managed to bring such a complex content easy to understand across. We had problems of enhancing the size of the video and the tutors should wear hear nets throughout the video

Accredited and possibly the best priced course online. I myself recently completed this course and I would urge anyone in the food industry to do so also. It was very informative and very interesting, whether you are just looking for a top up/refresher or to obtain your level 3 qualification, this is great for all levels.

The videos that went with it were okay, the texts that accompanied it were highly informative.

I personally liked that I could fast-track, being a refreshment for myself, I was thankful for the ease and convenience of this feature to complete quickly with no fuss.

You can also I am told email any questions you may have and the response is almost immediate! Over all I loved this course and being able to do it in my own time was great. I will be looking to put all of my Chefs through this course.

The L3 course is more detailed and requires more time and commitment than the L2 course but that is as expected. The format is easy to follow and you can pick up and leave off at your convenience. I have some doubts about online learning v class based as you do not have the interaction between teacher and pupil where you can ask more nuanced and particular questions. However, this course does a good job of offering a convenient and reliable option for those who either do not have the opportunity to take a class based course or cannot afford the more expensive fees.

Loses one star as the nature of online learning is more limited than face to face and because, using a Mac, I had trouble with the Flash player and the videos which are a pretty important part of the experience.

For someone who has a good working knowledge of food safety, needs a refresher course and/or is a quick learner then this course ticks all the boxes and is highly recommended.

I was a little unsure about this form of learning as I have been used to classroom learning. However I found that learning this way with the Safer Food Supervisor on line course enabled me to fit in learning sessions around a very busy life. This course presented a range of food safety topics in an easy to understand manner. Although 15 chapters seems a little daunting, once I was into it, it was really a refresher and validated how I try to work.At the end of each section there is an opportunity to apply what you have learnt against your real life kitchen which I think helps to highlight and clarify whether more work needs to be done in maintaining high standards or whether more support given to staff to understand their roles in food safety.

The only gripe that I would have were the so called 'battle tactics' videos which I felt wasted my time watching them but I guess that for some they would help to emphasis a point.

Overall though, I enjoyed the course. One caveat though, take the exam when you are alert. I took it after a couple of hours study and as a result didn't read a couple of questions as thoroughly as I should have.
