Firstly, the prices are very low compared to other legitimate sites, I know this sounds like good news except the fact that you get nothing in return. Secondly the website itself is poor, it contains spelling mistakes, maybe they should have used one of those excellent top-notch writers to check it. It’s not like it would have cost too much, maybe they were just worried about being scammed. Thirdly go on their live chat function and ask a few difficult questions and the ‘O… what a shock’ you’re disconnected with no answer.

Well, I went through all the above reviews about this web site but I am really shocked as my experience with them is not that bad. I have paid them £1269 pounds for my Final year project and they sent me the work this morning. The work is good and I am really happy with their support. They provided me a contact with my own writer which is amazing and my writer was also very helpful. There was an urgent amendment that was required by my supervisor and they sent within 2 hours even after their revision policy that was for 48-72 hours. I have recommended my room mate and my boyfriend too as that is the only company I am happy with. Sorry, but they were really good for me!

I recently brought an essay from professionaldissertationhelp and I had searched for them previously but couldnt find any reviews or complaints. I didnt want the whole essay , I liked my own and asked them to tweak it for me. Anyway what I got back was somethinig else, they didn't use the criteria I had spent so long on writing and scanning, the essay was about a completely different demographic and I recieved it AFTER my deadline! I then sent some emails (live chats are just about taking your money and everything else we have to email) but they weren't even acknowledged or replied to. And then the deadline of the essay had passed. I could have failed had I not finished it off myself!! I then asked if I could either have a refund or have another essay done and I kept being told to send an email to this yahoo address. I sent about 6 but everytime I spoke to customer service they would tell me to send them again as they ahd not recieved them and then they complained that I had emailed them too many times and they couldnt keep track of them!! They also said that 'management' would get in touch with me and to wait till a day or 2 days and then 3 days etc. Thier live chat windows would 'accidentally' crash when they realised it was me! So much for all the guarantees!!!! The company doesnt even have a phone no. FOR A REASON. Its also US based even though it has a web address ending in co.uk. Alarm bells should have rung whan I realised they dont have a phone number!! They won't give me a refund so I am raising a dispute with paypal. When I email their site which has a contact form I get a reply saying that it is an automated response and to contact SWREG which is the companies real name. They also go by other names, so please be careful and make sure they are not affiliated with SWREG - as they will ignore you when you want a revision done or a refund or anything else they promise on their site!
