I had a few problems with my use of computer knowledge

I was helped out with this I couldnot read the text relating to thee exam

I was able to continue at the library with my exam questions.

I think it is an ideal way to take the qulification.

On the 11th January I will be able to make produce to sell at the Country

Kitchens.

I am disabled, so this stops me from driving to places to take my qualification.

Easy to follow and understand. Easy to memorise crucial information with the use of visual aids instead of having to drudge through pages of information. Each section tests your knowledge at the end giving you confidence to continue to the next stage. Set out in an enjoyable way to learn. Learn at your own pace. You can take as long as you need for each section and can go back & review sections. I would, and have, recommended this course to friends.

The elements and separate training sections were put together very well. It was set at a level which was simple to understand and follow. Really good and will use again and recommend to friends.

I liked the fact that I could do the course in my own time without having to commit to a day either off work or at the weekend when I'm busy with family. I could stop and start as necessay but would have liked to have been able to complete the assessemnt on an ongoing basis after each module. Having said that the assessemnt was straight forward adn didn't contain and 'trick' questions.

I liked the fact I could go over the topics I was less sure about and pass through information i already knew quickly. It was good not to be able to skip any information, that one could not move on untill all information had been revealed.

Prior to starting the course I would have liked to know what sort ie depth and type of questions that were going to be used at the assessment so I had the confidence to know I was understanding the information that was required.

Overall I would use this e-learning again such as for First Aid.

I have never done anything like this before but really enjoyed it. I could do this course in my own time, at my own pace. Every aspect was well explained. The only thing is I thought there was quite a bit of repetition however when I discussed this with my husband (who is much brainier)than me he said that is how things are taught and if you remember it the job is done.

The course does exctly what it says on the tin. If you're literate, patient, good at paying attention, self motivated and a self starter then this course, on-line will get you the certification you need to access all kinds of bar work, catering work etc very quickly. I completed the course in less than the time specified in the comfort of my own cosy living room.

Everything about the course was good (the flashing toggle less so, but a minor point) - lots of activity, good stimulating material, a range of delivery processes and easy to follow instructions.
