Do Not Reply To Complaints
OCR are a disgrace. Their Chief Exec does not answer emails of complaint and complaints are not dealt with.
When you call the call centre messages are never dealt with and emails are not responded to.
Ocr Have Refused Me Access To Data Held. The Data
OCR have refused me access to data held. The data protection officer has allegedly used excuses to not grant me access to past results under the GDPR regulations and used these to their own ends. This is a disgrace and I am unhappy with OCR and their handling of my appeal. They refused to respond to any appeal and have made up their mind based on their own reasons.
