The 2BR suite is clean, comfortable, nice view and easy access to the Splash Park. The only thing that not good was the aircon at the master room, it was not cold n dusty at the swing blade. Other than that overall is rated as 5 stars.

With 3 children (18,14,11) we stay in la bussola, Lignano sabbriadoro. The apartement was clean, enough space for 5 persons, towels and sheets included, 2 minutes walk swimmingpool, very nice pool, clean, two free beds, you can play in the water with a ball or floatingbed, 5 minute walk to the see, 8 minutes to the centre With al lot of shops and restaurants. Is there a problem or you need information, Etore is stand by. The place is very well located to do Some trips. Venetië (With 3 eiland boattour, very Nice!) , Triest, Udine where very Nice. Etore recommend "the round restaurant" very near by, iT was really great, the food, desert and view! We enjoyed our vacation very much!

Mondosol agent was very unhelpful and simply announced that they messed up my reservation and they are moving me to a much smaller and horrible room in a neighbouring hotel. He offered no reasonable solution and simply said that I was ‘upgraded’ even though, in fact, I was a downgraded from an apartment to a dark and stuffy hotel room half the size of the apartment I booked and paid for. I was offered no financial compensation and when asked for it the agent simply did not respond.

The only positive experience was from the hotel manager who made time to listen to a problem and offered a solution. I was ultimately moved after a few nights to the apartment I originally booked. The hotel manager said he will push the Mondosol agent for financial compensation but clearly the agent did not feel they should compensate me for their poor organisation and mistake with my reservation. Really appalling behaviour.

Please be aware that the apartment has very thin walls and you could hear your neighbours talking quietly. It was particularly an issue if you had a neighbour with a small child. You felt like if they were with you in the same apartment. Not really a desired situation when you try to relax on your holidays.

Do not listen to what the agent says when you try to book this apartment. I was simply lied to for 30 minutes in a telephone conversation and when problems occurred I was left in the situation I did not like with no offer of reasonable help or substitution.

Apartments equipped with what is fair, we do not need anything more than what there was. Maybe a coffee maker ;-)

Great communication with the host. Pots, pans, glasses, bed sheets and towels we all there. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable place near the beach. I can't stress enough the wonderful location for the price. We will definitely be looking at this place again for our next vacation.
