Etutelage is an India based online tutoring company offering tuitions and homework help in Maths, Science and English to kids in grades K-12.

I turned to them in March 2007 when my 9 year old daughter was having difficulties with her Maths. Being a working NRI mother, it was not possible for me to devote enough time. Basically, it was suggested to me by a colleague in the office.

The initial apprehensions gave way when I interacted with their tutor. The lady took extra pains to come to my daughters' level to understand her problems and kind of why she was having those issues. The initial intro session planned for 60 minutes stretched way beyond one and a half hours.

The tutoring sessions were even better. My daughter would actually wait eagerly for her sessions (we took 3 sessions per week). In part, that might have been due to the excitement of a new way of learning but a lot of it was due to the efforts of the teacher at Etutelage.

We took some 17 sessions with them over approx one and a half months and once my daughter was comfortable enough in Maths and didn't require tutoring we switched off.

But the excitement that my daughter showed and her new found comfort with Maths almost compelled me to share this experience with everybody. I am sold out and would strongly recommend their services to any one with school going kids.

They also offer a couple of free sessions which one may take and get an idea of what its all about.

Last heard, they have also launched their SAT / ACT prep courses. Haven't tried the test prep thingie (my daughter is too young for that !!!) but you may check out.
