Hy daughter in year 6 joined the sessions earlier his year and I was told the tutor will help her get ready for the all important SATS. They did exactly that. The help was superb and my daughter was very happy that she actually understands a lot more topics, especially in mathematics. She did great in her SATS. She will continue attending educate first in year 7.

Tuition was a life saver. Managed to cram in lots of revision ready for final exams. Worked well as the lessons were very effective. I ended up with Level 7 and 8’s which was much higher than my predicted grades. Thank you Educate First for all the help.

I wasn’t sure about sending my kids to any tuition centre, especially as they went elsewhere before and it was a waste of time. I was attracted to Educate First because of the very low fees compared to other places so I decided to try it.

The kids enjoy the lessons. They say it’s a bit like school and have made new friends. The staff are kind and happy to keep me informed of how the kids are doing each week. Can’t complain for the price. Hope it makes a difference in the long run.

I am very happy with this tutoring center. My child has done very well after being left behind at school. I am sender him again because he missed a lot of school because of corona virus. I hope he will improve again like last time. Thanks.

We were not expecting much after looking at the price as we thought you get what you pay for but the Tuition was better than expected.

We signed up and received a message telling us that a place is available. We went ahead and paid for the month.

We sent our daughter to the classes to help her with her GCSE exams. She said the teaching helped her understand some of the things she did not grasp as school. Even though it was just for 1 day each week she said it was helpful and looked forward to going each time. The teachers took their time explaining the harder topics. Very friendly people to be with.

Well despite all the hard work and effort she put in, there are now no exams because of the coronavirus. This is a real shame but it could not be helped. Everyone is in the same boat. The lessons at educate first are still useful because our daughter has learned things she would other not have picked up at school. She will hopefully be going to colleague based on her predicted grades. That’s what we had aimed for.

I looked everyone to find a good tutor for my two kids. I found this place and went for a month to test it out. They were very good. My kids now doing much better.

I had a problem because I couldn’t drop my kids off at 10 o’clock on Saturday as my work shifts change so my kids could not go every week.

I am very happy with this tuition place.

I used to send my kids to Huddersfield's Educate First Tuition Centre last year. They both did really well at school and improved a lot after they got their private tuition.

This year I left it too late to register and found that my kids lost their place from last year I am told that I am now on a waiting list for a place. My own fault really as I should have replied to the reminders I received.

There are other local tuition centres where I can go but my kids did well after going to Educate First so I am going to wait until they get their places. Hopefully this will be very soon.

Never usually write reviews but my daughter has just received her GCSE results last month and managed to achieve fantastic results in English and Maths contrary to her low predicted grades at school. The classes at educatefirst really helped her to catch up on her work after a period of illness. The tutors are great and were very invested in my girl's progress. I couldn't commend them enough for all the help! Thank you educatefirst!

I have enjoyed going to educate first. The revision lessons have been a great help for me getting ready for my exams.

I was able to learn all the things I was stuck on and the teachers helped me understand some of the hardest topics.
