I have been following chalksy for a while now and love what they're trying to do. their support is excellent and they always keep me updated with news. I can't wait to use their service and engage in their community.

from what I've heard, their courses are going to be of excellent value and their platform will put a focus on community as well as making their users more employable and offering them exclusive career opportunities.

Well, here's my story.

Roughly 5 weeks ago I was sadly made redundant from my job. With mounting bills, mortgage payments and my child's school fees mounting up, I was forced to find an alternative form of income whilst finding a job, or sell my house and try to sort out a council house for my family and I.

Luckily I came across Chalksy.com. It seemed perfect for me, I'm fluent in Italian, French, English (obviously, right?!) and I'm a bit of a Biology nerd! I decided to give it a shot.

Around 8 hours after creating my classes, I had sold one of my English classes! My classes are £12 per 45mins, and I currently have 12 students (1 week after getting my first student). I take around 18 classes per week right now, giving me over £210. I have now stopped my job hunt and I'm taking Chalksy.com full time. I hope to have 30 students and 40/50 classes per week soon.
