AQA hold peoples' data without consent and when you ask them to erase data they refuse. They allegedly lie about the reasons and keep alleged inaccurate data.

a PE aka sports studies AS level i took in 2003, i turned up halfway through the exam & they wouln't mark it. i wrote them a letter & they said no. because apparently some people in scotland do the exam 1/2 hour earlier than england so i could've cheated. i always do my sports studies revision with people from scotland. i turned up late because i had to go to bed late from revising from the rubbish text book. there were 2 i couldve chosen from. a massive 300 page 1 or a shorter 100 page 1. i chose the bigger 1 cos i thought id learn more but it was over complex. & wasnt goin to buy & read every text book to see which is the best. just another case of old people hating young people. this was Orpington college. i think i wouldve passed the exam otherwise.

the physics 2nd year exam i done with them was basically not related to the syllabus at all, no wonder i barely passed it. it just kept goin on about reactions in the sun.

AQA are a total joke and when you complain to them they just do not seem very interested.

Some staff are friendly but some allegedly give inaccurate information to enquiries.

Would give 0 stars if I could.

I have contacted AQA on numerous occasions. When you raise complaints with them regarding the way AQA staff have deal with your enquiry over the telephone no one is interested in taking it seriously and they just make empty promises to look into the matter.

Some advisers put down the telephone in the middle of the call which is so unprofessional and they think they can treat people the way they like. AQA need to sort themselves out and deal with rude staff.

I would give AQA 0 stars if I could.
