This Product Is Amazing!!!! Try It For Yourself..

I started "All about weight" 3 weeks ago.At the moment i'm on the rapid loss option. When i get to my ideal weight i'll go on to the maintenance option.

I have a breakfast meal or a bar in the morning.About 4 hours later i have a lunch which comes in small sachets.Again 4 hours later I have tea,and then I have a shake at night. Drinking 8 pints of water a day was a struggle to begin with but it got easier as the days went on. I'm a tea jenny, but its ok,i'm allowed. I gave up the sugar for tablet form sweeteners and use semi skimmed milk instead of full fat.

I would spend more than what this costs per week in a super store,so at £49 for 28 meals, its well worth the money and you can carry it home in a carrier or purchase it on line...perfect!

I didn't like what was looking back at me in the mirror so i decided to do this.

Yes the portions are small,BUT THIS WORKS!!!

In the 3 weeks i've been on "All about weight",i've lost 9lbs and my BMI is back to a healthy level and continuing to drop along with my weight. Once you get used to the portion sizes it's easy.If you can stick to the plan without any secret snacking, you've nailed it!!! I can't wait to get back into my party dress this christmas. How about you??

Love This Diet! Love The New Me!

Ok this might sound long winded, but I couldn't help but want to share this with other people who may be unsure or on their first couple of days. I tried this diet in 2011 I did it for 8 weeks and lost 2 stone! You have to be strict, you cannot do this diet if your head is not set on loosing weight, I did not cheat. The first 3 days are hard you are pretty hungry but just drink pleaty of water! After 3 days you no longer feel hungry but enjoy the 4 shakes you get to have a day the weeks after that where a doodle. Because everyday you are loosing weight you are seeing the results so it motivates you to carry on and not to pick. I became fine with cooking a family meal and just eating my own shake. Now for the tough bit! I finally got down to my ideal weight 9 stone 10 pounds I loved it. I felt great and looked great I came of the shakes and enjoyed all the food I missed, a year later I had put on a stone, and a year after that I had gained the second extra stone. This time was far more depressing than when I was previously this weight as I knew what I could be and knew what I had worked hard for had gone down the drain. So I tried the shakes again, I wast head strong so failed every time, finally I got my head round things ad started again I lost 8 pounds the first week and 7 pounds the second. I carried on until I got back down to 9 10-11 but this time stayed on a strict food diet. After 3 weeks I ate healthily occasionally having something naughty. It's been 4 months and I haven't put on a pound. The trick is to not go back to old eating havits once you come of the shakes. Don't make the same mistake and the results are priceless !! Xxxxxx

Brilliant If You Have "will Power"

This is a great diet if you want to loose weight fast. I'm not very patient therefore I found this the best diet for me! As I have tried weight watchers and slimming world.

I lost about 3.5 stone a couple of years ago and kept most of it off. However I did gain around 2 stone, so I am back on it. It's currently day 7 although the worst of the hunger pains are over (as i am on the rapid, 4 shakes a day only). I feel more alive and have already lost 7lbs! (I do understand that this is mostly water, however it is a fantastic motivator).

I would recommend this diet to anyone that has strong will power, as I have attended several meals with family and had to resist and had my shakes instead.

The only downside now to two years ago would be the decreasing variety of shakes as chocolate orange and chocolate mint dont seem to be available and these were two of the best flavours!.

Best of luck to anyone undertaking this diet.

All About W8 is a meal replacement plan with 4 different plans to choose from, depending on your lifestyle and the amount of weight you are looking to lose. Have a look on the website and request a call back, they are really helpful. Good luck with your journey.

Please tell me what kind of program this is. I got a brochure in the mail, and all it says is that you take a pill every four days and drink lots of water. But that's not what I'm reading in these reviews. Please enlighten.

Done Well On W8 Diet

I'm not the most motivated in the world when it comes to dieting. I love food and I love wine, and sometimes have both to excess. I'm not overweight as such, although on occasion I have sniffed around closer to a 14 at the larger end of a 12. :o) I exercise and am generally quite healthy, but tend to fluctuate and as I mentioned, on occasion I have ended up with a stone more than I'd like. My ideal weight is 65 kilos (according to ME, not some BMI or ideal-weight measurement) and at this weight I'm a size 10/12 (I'm 5'6 tall).

At one of those times when my weight had nudged past the dreaded 70 kilos, I tried W8 For Life. In three weeks, the excess stone had fallen off - it was incredibly quick and I wouldn't say I'm someone who loses weight easily. I've tried both Atkins and Dukan before with absolutely no luck whatsoever.

A couple of years later, and after a stubborn injury from running (once I'd lost the weight I've been eating as much as before but gone running more often, so thanks to exercise kept it off) meaning I haven't been able to run as often or as far as before, I've unfortunately let myself slip into a bit of a eat-and-drink-and-be-merry patch and once again my weight is at 70 kilos and my skinny jeans taunting me from the closet in all their slim glory. :o)

So, I've ordered a couple of weeks' worth and confident it'll come off as quickly as it did last time. Three weeks perhaps.

Yes, the first four or five days ARE rotten. Your body has to readjust where it takes the energy from and I get headaches and crave carbs so much it's driving me crazy. But I know that after this, it becomes easy. Besides, a good portion of celery to snack on, and adding mushrooms to the spaghetti bolognese mealpak in the evening, it's not so bad.

I would recommend this for people like myself - who want to see results quickly, who'd rather take one full-on patch of dieting than lose 1lb/week for months on end. I can't deal with lenghty suffering.

Of course the way to keep the weight off, the key is to either ensure your eating habits are different from before and/or adding exercise. But W8 is a great way of blasting those lbs off, and because it happens quickly, it's easy to stay motivated!

Very Fast Results!

I have only just started all about w8, i am on my fourth day. The mealpacks are pretty daunting to begin with as they are tiny, but just a couple of days in and im getting used to them. The milkshakes are lovely, except for the cookies and cream, i dont like that one. I have lost 6lbs so far and only a few days in so i cant wait to see the results after my 4 week plan ive purchased

2nd Time Round - Allaboutw8 Is Pretty Good!

I used it the first time and lost 2 stone in 2 weeks, however that was with milkshakes only (4 per day).

Alot of the shakes taste quite bad and only banana and the chocolate with (mint, orange etc) are nice.

I then put the weight back on which is my fault really. I now have another 2 weeks worth and some left over from my last package and i'm trying just mealpacks now.

I'm on my 3rd day and will be weighing myself tomorrow. But i'm sure i'll of lost some weight.

Also, you can buy Ketostix from them when you place your order. These will tell you if you've entered into ketosis and if you are fully in that stage. Which is nice to know.

I totally recommend them and i'm a repeat customer. I'll probably buy more when this lot comes close to finishing, just to lose some more, I'm currently trying to lose 4 Stone and it's totally achievable with this diet. Oh and i'm a guy! So this diet is not just for the ladies :)

Well, they are making redundancies and some stock is unabailable, I would google "Allaboutw8 winding up order" and see what results you get before buying from them.
