A Very Lively And Active Discussion Forum. Any Adv

A very lively and active discussion forum. Any advice required for your bike will be swiftly given by many people.

This is a website for people who actually like to ride their bikes, as opposed to the collectors and restorers who take their bikes on trailers to shows.

The many bike reviews and technical articles on the site are both informative and well written, with just the right amount of humour injected.

The monthly magazine "Real Classic" that they also publish is well worth the money, and is almost as interactive as the forum itself, with articles contributed by folk that you can talk to on the forum, you could even contribute written work yourself. My only critisism would be that the magazine is not available in newsagents, only obtained by mail order/subscription.

Real Classic Magazine Runs A Web Message Board - R

Real Classic Magazine runs a web message board - rather a closed shop, same old faces chatting to each other.

The monthly magazine itself is quite a good read, but the 'staff' writers tend to turn out the same stuff each month, and too many articles are written in the same style by too few scribes. I've lost count (as you do) of the number of times the wearisome catchphrase "...as you do..." is employed by the Editor. Quality of the photographs is mediocre, compared to say, Classic Bike Guide.
