excellent service and products

The shipping was very fast, less than a week to get it delivered in my country. I didnt test all the products yet but I can say that the das-6 pro polisher is great and very easy to use, and also Chemical guys hex logic quantum pads.

I ordered 3 items in total. One of which I was not happy about upon opening the packaging. I purchased a metrovac holdall bag which had dust and dirt on it and further more had a tear in the bag. I emailed Clean your car about this and I gave them an opportunity to respond, but to this date I have not heard anything. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service on this occassion. The bare minimum I was expecting was an acknowledgment of my complaint and I have not heard a thing. The other items were in good condition and as I would expect. This experience has tainted my perception of Clean your car.

I just had a worry of reference error produced during my last order, I made it known to your after sales service, and I am currently waiting for the sending of the right product (SONUS SFX-2 vs SONUS SF-X-1). Thank you

I’ve used everything from eBay up to high end web sites.

It’s a long drawn out process to apply not going to argue.

The end result is to say the least outstanding, the car had small swirl marks ( light ) and it was white. The end result I can only say it was like glass. Lovely shiny smooth to the touch no swirl marks ?. it’s the best ceramic coating I’ve used yet and I’ve used a few. Washing is only a jet wash them towel dry I’ve not had to top up using the third bottle yet but im very impressed with what it’s done to the paint. I did however stick to the instructions to the pictures shown I wouldn’t like to let it dry in with out buffing off. All in all an outstanding coating but only if you are willing to put the time in to put it on.

Looking forward to seeing the longevity of the product now.

I’ve just finished a 350z black and used it after using a gloss polish is outstanding.

The product was a bit of a pain to remove but I think all detail sprays are the same . Good price for the amount you get and the anti dust works very well

The amount of products available is vast and covers basically everything you might need. Customer service is friendly and helpful. My order was packed to be all but bomb proof. Everything was absolutely perfectly packed. I was worried about ordering such a high volume of liquid in the form of Snow Foam and fallout remover, but I know now that I have nothing to worry about in the future. The rewards system is a nice bonus too, although it would be nice if you received a bit more with your order. Its already fairly generous but more is always better! Overall though, I'd highly recommend Clean Your Car. I'd give them a rating of 4.99 starts out of 5! -0.01 for me being greedy and wanting more rewards points!
