I have just collected my new Lexus RCF sport form Lexus Chester and the experience largely due to the staff was wonderful.

I have today completed the Lexus Customer Satisfaction survey and found it easy to give a very high score and will recommend to friends to think about their next new or used car purchase to be a Lexus.

The sales and service staff at Chester are truly exemplary and have to be congratulated on doing a great job. My wife and me would like to particularly mention the gentleman who dealt with the sale and apart from being efficient and polite at all times he went out of his way to make our day a memorable experience. Thanks everyone at Lexus Chester. 

Going green going broke!!!

i highly recomend dont buy a lexus hybrid

i recently supplied a 2007/57 reg lexus rx 400h

for a client as we supply cars to clients as agents

this car was 57, 000 miles with a full lexus service history

after 3 weeks of supplying the car the invertor failed

only to be told it's not covered under any lexus warranty or goodwill as you are a dealer and the car is out of its warranty

i call lexus dealer and get told its £3999 to repair

new invertor no repair

i then do some homework only to find that this car went in to another lexus dealer in nov 2013 for the same fault

that was covered under warranty?????

i am totally gutted i have lost all confidence with lexus hybrid products

i then get told by a lexus dealer that the invertor has a 11year warranty

but because im a dealer tough!!!

nice nearly 4, 000 pound bill

so basiclly this hybrid lexus has had 2 invertor recalled and replaced in less than 2 years

so if you want to waste £4000 every 2years dont buy one

i have sent email after email never even had a response

i will never ever reccomend anyone buy a lexus hybrid

but if you bought the car from lexus at over inflated price you would get some goodwill

ha ha so they say
