I contacted someone from Audi online, who turned out to be in America, to ask the name of the little car in the Ugly Duckling Ad.This was on Christmas Eve. He had researched and got back to me with an answer within 3 days. I was gobsmacked. Well done and thanks to Joey from Audi, U.S.

I purchased an used car from audi.It is going fine now though I had to change the battery.

Bought an Audi A4 Quattro from Audi near Old Trafford, Manchester. I have mixed feelings about my car purchase. The car is great, but the service was a dissapointment, I was given a collection date which was then postponed, the car when it did arrive looked like it hadn't been cleaned and had been sat under a tree for a month. The car had 7 miles on the clock and was brand new, but had obviously been on a car lot somewhere exposed to the elements having not been cleaned. I had to leave the car until it had been polished and the scuffs and marked had been removed. I went back to collect the car a few days later because it had to be sent away to be polished due to the acid damage to the paint caused by the bird muck that had been left on the paint work. Finally we collected and accepted the "new" car, but left with a bit of a bad feeling. Finally the ipod doc which was supposed to be in the car was missing, and when we called to get it replaced, we were told the sale agent who we dealt with was off for a week and we had to wait until she got back off holiday - like no one else at Audi could help ! Nice car, looks great, just bad first experience of Audi, having previously had a BMW and a Merc i'm not sure we would get another Audi.

Audi is a great brand and their site is at the image of their brand! This corporate site is well designed and branded. All models and information appear. The car configurator is a great tool and helps anyone customize and price its car. I also find interesting that all latest models appear on thei homepage with links to details and or dedicated pages. Audi has an impressive variety of models and overall I think that their website is great! The detailed information that is available on all models is very precise and helps each person search, define, refine any criteria to choose its car best. Finally I wanted to outline that the used car locator is well designed and is a great tool for anyone searching for an Audi car closest to them. I just want to tell Audi that this site is Great!!

Although my Audi is one of the oldies, I love it. A shame that on the official audi website, www.audi.co.uk there is little on the Audi 80. Mine is 14 years old, but the overall Audi quality is still there. I've driven other Audi's and find Audi a great brand. Currently a student, getting a newer model is not an option. However, I'd love an A3 or A4 in the future. Audi for me stands for quality, I love them.
