Zest City promised to develop our website. Over a year later it still wasn't completed. They had been paid in full as they threatened interest fees if not paid. They promised cover whilst management were away for a month. The promised cover never returned the e-mails or telephone calls whilst away. They sometimes forgot to reply to telephone calls and e-mails as they was busy. They also forgot an appointment and forgot that he had made it.
