It seems that I am the next to be added to the long list of people who have wasted their hard earned money on this bunch. At the outset the same person was always available to take my calls and answer my emails. Once the bulk of the costs had been transferred (75% ) he went incommunicado. He had been told what I wanted regarding migrating listings from my Ebay shop over to the new website and a postage system to enable our products to be sold globally with a postage system that showed potential customers the cost of getting the products to them. he sourced a company to do the product migration assuring me all the time that they could carry out what I needed., the postage option was never addressed again and so I supposed it was just a standard part of a website as most websites selling globally have this. When it came to the point where the developer requested the product information I contacted the company sourced and promoted by WebcreationUK and to my total dismay was told that they could only achieve less than 10% of the migration. When I took this back to Webcreation it started to become ever more of a problem getting to speak to anyone, they denied it was anything to do with them that they had sourced and promoted the third party to carry out the migration work. The next step was the final straw came when after deciding to get another company to migrate the website, I enquired about the postage calculator and I received an email from someone whose name indicated that they could be overseas, asking for the details of what they were to do regarding this. Once again after telling the person I dealt with exactly what I wanted, they tell me they cannot install a postage calculator.

From this point it has just gone downhill with the developer requesting information that I would have expected them to be doing. The contract lists so many things that are included in the contract, 50%+ remain undone I know this as they have never been mentioned.

I like many before me have requested a refund and have been told that they dont do refunds. So I now intend to spend more money on them but this time with the County Court Process, they already have one judgement registered against them.

Obviously a company to be avoided.

WEBCREATIONUK - WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

In 16yrs of business WebcreationUK are the worst company we have ever had the misfortune to come across.

You don't have to look far to find other unhappy WebcreationUK customers.

The main ones being that the website does not work and does not display. For the last 8-9 weeks I have been complaining about a problem and no one can answer why or fix it!!

Since day one, the website has had a fault with it they have told us to just ignore it!!! I have had other web developers look at it and been told its a major issue. With the website not showing on the web it is costing us £000's and WecreationUK have not and show no signs of rectifying the problem.

You ring them - never get hold of the person you want. You are told they will ring you back. NO ONE EVER RINGS YOU BACK. Their behaviour is just awful. We ring them, email them and never get a reply.

We have had to get trading standards etc involved to get something sorted as they certainly are not bothered in helping you.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. There are plenty of similar complaints to mine of net about this company.

Webcreation offered us a very poor service! Our SEO ranking did not improve but rather got worse. Everything we were promised did not happen and phone calls to there office not answered or promises "We will get someone to call you back" just did not happen.They carried on taking monies from account despite our notice to quit. Barclays subsequently refunded this. Do not touch this company with a barge pole! You have been warned!

I went to the internet to find this firm and paid my initial fee prior to reading some of the negative reviews I found along with the positive ones and started to feel a little let down by my choice. However that was before Webcreation UK had been given a chance to get moving. My project started in April and is now finished it could have been much sooner but we kept changing our minds on things which was never a problem to Anuj our developer who has worked tremendously hard to get the final result which I am very very pleased with. I have another project now and I will use this company again and have no hesitation to recommened them to others I dont normally do reviews unless its to warn others of bad service but I think on this occasion I want to say a great big thanks to Anuj and Zoe Grist for helping us achieve what we set out to do.

I have used Web Creation UK twice now and have been pleased both times. The second time was for a revamped website, but I ended up with going for a completely new one which I was very pleased with. More than happy to use again and would recommend.

I am in my 3rd year with WebcreationUK, I highly recommend them. I would describe myself as an awkward client, with a demanding nature. I expect great results and fast, I hate to be kept waiting for a reply or for work to be finished to my exacting standards.

WebcreationUK produce great results fast, they are responsive to my requests and comments and together we achieve the required results. My web designer deserves a separate mention; Gurbir Singh, we have worked together now for 3 years, he is patient, understanding and makes things happen, he almost reads my mind and produces results to my exacting expectations.

I highly recommend WebcreationUK to any would be website owner or indeed anyone looking to change host.

Good website and good value for money. the ongoing client care has been provided well and helpfully.
