My only contact was through an agent. I never spoke to anyone at the company. I was told the site would take 5-6 weeks to complete...6 months later It's nowhere near ready to launch. He was polite, very

"yes sir" type. I told him it was a big site with six databases that has been hacked. He assured me that his "team" would incrementally upgrade the site and clean it from all hacks, etc. Now I have over 8000 pages of spam comments, and no functionality. Huge waste of time and money.

I hired this company US Joomla Force assuming they were in the USA. They are NOT. They never should have taken this job, and I am about to pursue legal options to get my money back. Meanwhile, I have to hire another company to fix the site correctly. So disappointing. Luckily I have found a new US company who understands american sports, and they have fixed several of US JOOMLA FORCE's past sites.

If you have a simple site, I guess they are ok, but if it's complicated stay clear of USJoomlaForce.com!!!

The Joomla Force team did a great job migrating my old site to a new template. They were very patient and addressed every concern I had. They fixed anything that was not working and made improvements that I had not considered. I am very happy with the results!
