My experience broken down -

How I found trending website design:

I came across trending through facebook after seeing their facebook webpage. I found a lot of people recommending them.

Ordering my new website:

After a few days debating if a website is needed for my business I decided to make the investment into a new website. I contacted trending to see what they can do for me and I was told everything I needed to know at the time. After speaking with a web designer I decided to go ahead with my website. I told the website designer everything I would like, colours, design, layout etc and he was more than happy to meet my demands.

After ordering my new website:

When my site was designed and I was happy with how it looked I was given a tutorial on how to add new web pages or edit content. I was surprised how easy everything was.

Care I received:

I like being able to contact trending with any issues I had, they was always more than happy to help me out, very friendly people.

Value for money:

Everything is included, that's the design of the site, web address and hosting for a year. For the price you pay you certainly can't beat it.

All in all:

Great company, great people, great service and a great website.

Give you all a backstory to my dilemma. I made in investment in some products and was sick of the fee’s eBay and PayPal was charging me. I thought to myself that there has to be an alternative that is quick and simple, that’s when I began to look for a webdesigner who could make me a site that would allow me to sell items quickly and easily.

Looked around for a reliable designer that wasn’t so expensive, I went to atleast 6 or 9 webdesigner sites and got a quote, the cheapest quote was for £400! I was about to give up until I noticed trending web design on facebook after a friend liked their page.

So I went to their site and looked at what they had to offer and I wasn’t disappointed. They do everything for you, that’s design, hosting and the support I received after… truly amazing!

Was really nervous about going online with my business. Working as a portable DJ it was important my website looked unique and professional. I tried to create my own but without knowledge of the HTML language I quickly hit a brick wall. I scavenged around the internet looking for an inexpensive design company and that’s where I found trending web design.

I chose the cheapest option available as it suited me best. I had nothing to worry about as everything was done for me by my own personal designer. After my enquiry I received a phone call from my designer, I told him what I wanted from my site and how I’d like it to look. 3 Days later my site was finished! It looks extremely professional and within the first few months of the site going live I’d received 20+ bookings directly from the site.

A year ago I opened my very own store in the heart of Liverpool and my business was doing great. I wanted to expand to online sales so I went to a local webdesigner and got a quote of £14,000 for a webstore. I didn't have that sort of cash so I put it on hold.

Long story short, a year later my friend told me about these webdesigners called "trending web design" so I thought I'd give them try, see how much they charge. I sent in an email asking for a call and within an hour I was speaking with them. I told him my ideas and what I wanted and then I spoke with [name removed] who designed my site. A month down the line I get this amazing ecommerce site that suits my website well.

All in all what an amazing company. No messing about what so ever, I was able to call them whenever I liked and even got assigned my own project manager. 5/5
