This company is amazing, they helped me set up my email account and domain for my new business after having a horrific experience with another company. Moving to peppercorn was the best thing I could of done. They are so quick and direct in their responses and constantly support me when facing problems. I rate peppercorn 11 out of 10 for their customer service and would recommend this to anyone already in business or starting out in business. I had been doing research for web designers for about a month before looking into making a website. I approached Peppercorn to develop my website. They gave me plenty of ideas, with regards to layout, colours as being my first website, I was not sure what I wanted or the best way to build it. As I have done a lot of research on web designers not all are exactly what they say on the tin.

There was important factors that I wanted for our website, SEO being the first one, layout and style and someone that I could speak too after/during to make sure that I was happy.

For only starting in January and already having to build and bigger and better website. It didn't take that long seeing as I wanted it to be ready for the launch of fashion events party. Which was done by the deadline, last Sunday at Boujis was successful.

I am happy with them as not only helped me with a new and bigger website, but has helped drive in more traffic. Type in google "fashion events" and I'm sure we are on the first page, even most of the time on the top. Some people take years doing this but I got my website and SEO in one.

Now as my company is driving more traffic and getting more visits daily I will be working on developing in the future/when needed with Peppercorn they have built up trust with me and communicated effectively. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I had a great experience with Peppercorn from the start. They designed our website from the ground up, rebranding our image and making us more modern.

They suggested and helped us develop an online training course which since launching has done incredibly well and we have increased revenues substantially.

Lastly, they helped us with a search engine optimisation campaign which after 4 months we were ranking, and still are ranking at the top of Google for a wide variety of key phrases targeting import export training.
