We contacted mossface (aka Feedgroup) as they were a local company to us. We needed our website revamped.

6 months after the go live date and we were still waiting. After giving a strong ultimatum they eventually went live with the site - everything crashed. No access to email or the website.

Eventually after many lost sales they managed to get the website up and running. I was getting so many calls from customers pointing out errors in the site that I had to eventually remove the site. (I don't think they know the process of testing)

I spent a lot of money with this company and they produced a website of such poor quality that it made my previous homemade creation look fantastic.

Despite many emails and complaints they have not given me any of my money back.

They really are an awful company with no customer service and a serious lack of knowledge.
