I created a great logo for myself.

Paid the executive price package and attempted to download my logo. Only the text downloads and non of the art.

I have sent multiple emails over the last 24 hours and have no response at all to any of them.

There is no way to contact them other than their 'zen desk' and there is no response to that.

I won't make this mistake twice. $109 down the tubes.

You can make your logo with palette of average tools, then you need to make account to download it, and when you log in - you need to pay them to download it :> They charged 25 $ for simple two word logo w/o any picures...
