You get what you pay for as they say, or in this case you don't! I found their website and thought great, extremely reasonable price and a quick turnaround. That was a month ago and as yet, nothing, nada, zip. At first when I chased customer services they emailed me back and said they couldn't find details of the order, which was utter rubbish. After a couple of emails back and forth, they just decided to ignore me. I paid through PayPal, so I've got a claim for a refund going through at the moment and hoping to get my money back soon. £19 may not seem much but I refuse to let those bandits not hand it back. I know that these review sites nearly always focus on the negatives, but I really cannot stress enough - there are no positives to this company. There website just spouts absolute rubbish and is full of false claims. Please, avoid them like the plague.

DO NOT USE !! TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SAY THE DESIGN WILL BE WITH YOU THE NEXT DAY BUT THEY ARE NOT ! TOOK 3 DAYS TO GET A DESIGN THAT WAS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR IN ANY WAY INCLUDING THE COLORS LOOKS LIKE A 2 YEAR OLD HAD DRAW IT !! THEN DON'T RESPOND TO ANY CALLS OR EMAILS OR LIVE CHAT !! REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS AND RECOVERY OF MONEY BY MY BANK !!

I ordered a logo a few days ago from this website plenty of customer service at first and happy to help i was really impressed by the website and service.

i booked and paid £19 for thier platinum package to have my logo delivered the next day.

after booking i noticed i had not recieved a confirmation email just a paypal reciept this raised my suspisions i then contacted support again and spoke to some women via their chat function who said she will a manager to send me the confirmation........ this still has not been sent and now no one answers the phone or emails or chat it has now been 48 hours.

i then decided i may have been scammed so i googled logo by logo reviews and could not find anything.

i then googled www.logobylogo.co.uk reviews and then you can see for yourself that they are a scam everyone is saying the same story.

make sure you google their full web address www.logobylogo.co.uk reviews

if you have paid by paypal directly out of your paypal funds then open a dispite on paypal howver paypal dont protect payments for services..... worth a try though.

i always pay online with a credit card visa or mastercard as i will just contaact my bank now and charge the payment back which i have done in the past.

im not too stressed byt his as i know my bank will claw the money straight back from then.

if you have been scammed by them aswell MAKE SURE YOU:

1) LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEM ALL OVER THE INTERNET ON HERE AND ALSO

WWW.TRUSTPILOT.CO.UK THESE TWO REVIEW WEBSITES ARWE THE MAIN REVIEW SITES AND THEY RANK HIGH IN GOOGLE SO WILL SHOW ON THE FIRST PAGES EVERYTIME SOMEONE GOOGLES THEIR COMPANY.

BUT THEN SEARCH AROUND ON THE INTERNET AND LEAVE MORE NEGATIVE REVIEWS LOADS OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS WILL EVENTUALLY SHUT THEM DOWN.

THE MOST EFFECTIVE REVIEWS ARE THIS WEBSITE REVIEWCENTER AND TRUST PILOT THEY SHOW ON THE FRONT PAGE.
