Don't use Jinny Ursell who runs JinDesigns!!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible. Incompetent and unprofessional and verbally abusive. Very quick to make promises and to take our money, but could not deliver. It became obvious that the brief for the website was over her head, so instead of refusing the job or cutting her losses and returning the deposit, my client was held to ransom by Jinny and then they were forced to take the job elsewhere. It cost me my reputation as I lost the account and therefore any earning potential. So much more to say...to sum up in three words: Don't use Jin Designs.
