» We are getting bread and butter from this company. If you want to grow in this company then you have to use more than 50% of butter only here. Buttering is the only way to get promotion in this company.

» Same work for all freshers and experienced persons.

» Do same thing every day, No any possibilities to implement your innovative ideas.

» Irresponsible managers, lake of professional standards.

» You have to stay at office after working hours even your work has been completed. (for buttering purpose)

» Dirty politics and hidden Policies of company.

» We can't use our official leaves (manager not approve our leave if we ask him, so we have to take leave without any permission)

Advice to Senior Management –

» Take the employee's suggestions more seriously

» Change Managers as they have become parasites

I have been working here in this company since long now. I have gone through various comments mentioned below, some of which I do not agree. One says that company exploit or bad in terms of culture, they should surely revise their "definition" of Bad or "Exploitation". I strongly recommend this company to work with. Check their official websites and know their Media Presence.

Just because you been kicked out due to your performance or some odd reasons, you can not say that whole company is bad. I am up for a challenge to face any one who can prove me wrong that this company is worse or bad in terms of culture and environment or growth.

Yes.... Some may feel i am saying wrong after reading the above reviews , but the fact is you'll get good knowledge if you are placed as a fresher. Although they will make you to work late nights and saturdays ,you'll feel the gain once you leave the company , Once you join in any other company you will get nice complements from your manager as you can work better than a senior engineer in any other company.

They are very well organized and experienced people.They are always in touch and prompt in things.Though I was not aware in technology they explained Me with all the pro's and conj's regarding My project.I bluntly gave My idea and in that they have molded entire project and made Me happy.They have given the internal resources at free of cost.I was Happy with them.The Project Manager changed his timings for My convenience as I was in different location.If at all anyone is writing bad on them it merely means they are their coward competitors who was very much disappointed with the grace of HiddenBrains glory

Yes, you heard it right.. when i was giving them work i never thought that they will be going to provide me better work as i have seen few negative reviews on them! but after giving them my PHP project assignment and when i started getting few reports on daily basis i started getting positive on them.. they have very nice team of sales who give you overall idea on what kind of work they will do for you and what will be outcome. after certain amount of time i got my project delivered and that too before the committed time!! i was amazed with the work and will surely recommend to anybody who is thinking to give them work.. no need for 2nd thought for me to give them work now as they are the best in their skills and their team is just the best to finish your task on timely manner.

Hey guys, please refrain yourself from joining this company. This company will make you work like donkeys day and night. They show no respect to developers. They will make you work on Saturdays and Sundays.

it is worst company and work culture i have observed in my entire life. they force developer to work in nightshifts and treat as animal.

they force developers to work on ADULT site as they are getting more revenue as compare to other development stuff.

PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH TYPE OF COMPANY WHO HAS NO VALUE TO EMPLOYEE.
