I had this company produce my a new ecommerce site as my old one was a little dated. I really wish I had come here first and seen these reviews!In the past I have used a local firm who have always done a good job, but thought I would try someone new as I wanted a fresh look. The finished site was "different" but I guess that's just because I was used to the old site. However once she set the site live I had lots of customers calling me saying it was useless and they could not place orders. After some further investigation it seemed that the site would not run on older versions of explorer. The images were misplaced or oversized depending on the screen size, rather than resizing. The scroll bars did not function correctly and of course trying to order goods was impossible. After contacting them several times with no response I eventually had to write the site off and go back to the local company. They were shocked by the site and stated that they would expect a student to produce better results. Lots of money wasted in paying for the site. Time and money wasted in business down time and a lot of worry. Hopefully this will save someone going through what I want through. You get a 0 / 10 from me!

Every time I emailed DOM the MD it took an age to get a reply, he even insisted that he had replied a few times when he had not.

The design he did was a very blurred image of some very old cars, after some "discussion" about this he did me a home page of a pink background, this has no bearing on my parking sensor fitting business.

On one occasion after no contact from him I complained, he told me that he was in hospital after a motorbike accident-he used the same excuse twice!

I asked several times to speak to the person responsible for the site design but to no avail...nobody ever ever called me. I had to do all the chasing myself.

At the start of this horrendous experience Dom was going to transfer my site from Vistaprint to Goti. This took 5 weeks! Dom told me in an email that the delay was because Vistaprint would not do as he asked them to, he could not do the transfer himself!! In the end I did it myself after spending 7 minutes on the internet learning how to do it.(who's the expert then Dom?)

When I had finally had enough of this awful company I told Dom I was leaving. He sent me an email that said "leaving is not as simple as you think" Oh my I felt so frightened now--I don't think so!

He then told me that I would have to pay him £108 to leave despite the fact that his own terms and conditions say one month fee to leave (£54.00) That's what he got!!

After I paid the final £54.00 Dom refused to answer my calls or e mails so I had to learn all of the necessary terms to transfer the site to Go Daddy to host and then redirect to Vistaprint (who have been marvellous during this debacle).

I WOULD RECOMMEND TO LEAVE A WIDE BERTH BETWEEN YOU AND GOTI.

They have done nothing and will take your monthly fee and promise to offer a service and will not reply to you.

The sites are built on a basic platform which does not serve a purpose and the sites are never updated or managed.

I know several people who have had this problem with GOTI

this company are amazing. i never bother writing reviews but when asked, felt the need to let others know how fantastic they are.

dom and his team have made a noticeable difference to our online sales .

they refined our strategy, redesigned our website and managed a brill advertising campaign on fb.
