I hired Steve Morin and edesignerz to produce a website for me in January of 2011. The projected schedule for completion of my site was 44 working days, putting it somewhere just after the beginning of March. It is now the end of April, almost a full two months after the projected completion date, and my site still isn't finished.

The issues I have encountered with edesignerz.com are far too numerous to mention. During the course of our dealings Steve lied, ignored deadlines, and failed to supply any explanation, warning, or sympathy regarding his inability to provide results. Most aggravating of all, however, is Steve's complete inattention to customer service.

And what quality of product does Steve offer? My website's construction is a mess. I'm finding new bugs and errors every day. My hosting is full of empty, useless directories, poorly organized folder structures, and redundant or completely unused images/files (apparently from the templates he copied to "construct" the site). Today the site is two month overdue and, of course, still lacks complete functionality. As a result I'm forced to hire a different designer to come in and complete Steve's work for him.

In summation, the service I received from Steve Morin and edesignerz was abysmal (when it was offered at all), the product was, at best, amateurish, and I am going to have to hire a different designer to fix all of Steve's mistakes and/or rebuild the site altogether. The service I received was inattentive, unsympathetic, and completely uninterested, and the product I received reflected that attitude as well. I cannot stress strongly enough that you completely avoid this scam and spend your money elsewhere, unless of course you're interested in receiving a product that is utterly unfinished, full of buggy coding, and completely unsupported by its designer.

Great company to work with and very knowledgeable. eDesignerz were a big help with setting up our site and helping us get traffic to the site. They are willing to walk you from start to finish so your site will be a winner!
