We have been with NBV for just over a year and their customer service has been excellent. Responses to any queries have been dealt with promptly and with professionality. The account team are very friendly and fun to deal with; and they don't seem to mind the Friday afternoon query... :-)

The development team have also been very receptive to suggestions to additions to our content management system. I have asked for some off-spec additions and they have been great in responding to and implenting them.

The design team from the beginning understood the feel we wanted to project and created an excellent theme to our site; which our customers have commented on positively.

Overall, great teams doing some great work.
