We have worked with 9xb for a couple of years. Initially they undertook some research and consultancy and following that piece of work were commissioned to work with is on the branding, user interface and technical engineering of our flagship website. Throughout our dealings with them we've always found 9xb to be professional, helpful and reliable. Their project management was good, creative work excellent and this was backed by a high level of technical expertise. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them.

We've been working with 9xb for over 5 years now and have always found them to be a crucial extension of our team.

They have designed and developed 2 of our corporate global websites, as well as multiple micro-sites. All to an extremely high standard! We have also worked with them on several SEO projects, which have achieved fantastic results.

We've always used national press to raise the visibility of our company and we've had a huge amount of success. However the internet has slowly but surely eaten away at our sales as more people offered unique hoovers for the OAP market. Coming from a traditional marketing background I neither trusted or believed in the internet. However the guys at 9xb were great even to the point were they talked themselves out of work, which for an agency is very honest (having dealt with a few in the past!). The website they developed was good and the marketing has made sense, which was relief as it's a foreign language to me. Overall a good experience and we're slowly making in-roads on our sales again, which is helping to pay the bills.

Quite good technically and able to solve complex problems, poor systems and procedures - especially quality checking, project management and planning very poor, poor at following written specification, little concept of working to set timescale.

I used 9xb Digital Agency (near Leeds) for some website design and SEO work a few months ago. My website needed to be able to sell certain basic cooking items I'd listed in my recipes, as well as allow me to use affiliate advertising across the site. I wanted affiliate banners for my own scheme, social media campaign advice and serious help with keyword rankings. I was also interested in producing a mobile app to enable easy ingredients shopping and recipe access when cooking.

One of 9xb's project managers went through everything in great detail and once done I realised I was asking for too much web development - they drew up a plan in stages, with some things put on the backburner. The costed proposal I received was less expensive and more suitable for my immediate objectives. I've seen good movement in the rankings and the new website is easily managed with the content management system (CMS) that 9xb built for me with an email marketing system included.

Apart from a couple of communication breakdowns (which in truth was a mixture of both our faults), 9xb Digital Agency are a talented team that have been great to work with.
