Our website needed some urgent alterations done asap. The designer had given me his personal as well as work telephone number as well as email contacts. Even after late evening communication explaining my requirements the changes were made the next day. Some smaller alteratons were also needed which were again done quickly. When our website had technical issues we were moved to a new host and server with no input needed from us and all informatin we required to keep our emails working was supplied.

Have been with 1 to 1 for a year now, all good so far.

i found this company to be totally dishonest and unreliable taking our money and giving us nothing they are a rubbish company
