I have been with eHostpros for almost a year. All of my blogs and sites are hosted to them and have never experienced any problem. The price you cannot beat and I haven't had any issues when contacting customer or tech support. Kudos to ehostpros.com !

A satisfied customer of ehostpros.com. Now a days their customer support ROCKS and recently they updated their servers and I never found a downtime recently. Their resolution time is superb. I really enjoy hosting with ehostpros.com Recently I faced some mail issues, but they resolved in Live chat (Really Good) itself. Thank you EHOSTPROS.COM.

I Started With Ehostpros About 4 Or 5 Years Ago Be
I started with ehostpros about 4 or 5 years ago because they were cheap. Things were so-so, I would have rated them overall back then about a 7 or 8. The cheapness go to me so I opened up two more accounts. I now have the 3 accounts. I host about 10 different websites on the 3 accounts, selling and informational sites, for profit and for non profit organizations. All NEED not to have problems. We don't take the time to have a web presence just because we're bored. Anyway, in the last year things have become poor in my opinion, in fact I think out of control. One of my accounts goes down weekly as far as I am concerned, the other once or twice a month. The 3rd account goes down once every few months. The occurrence of my accounts (and emails) going down is becoming more frequent, and lasting longer each time. They as far as I am aware have not yet responded to my support tickets for days (the tout a 15 minute response time, yea sure). And they almost always respond the same way; we don't see any problems, please check your account now. Once, and only once, they admitted they had a problem with a customer sucking the juice from the server I was on, I asked them to move my account. They did, but when they did the messed up my billing in my opinion. Now I have to battle with them because my billing is wrong. NOT WORTH THE PROBLEMS CREATED. I just signed up to StartLogic.com tonight because not only are my 3 ehostpros accounts down, but the entire ehostpros website is gone, "page can't be displayed" for most of the day and night. Going to try StartLogic at about $7 per month, hoping for the best.

I'm A Long Time Customer. I've Had Lots Of Problem
I'm a long time customer. I've had lots of problems with eHostPros. But overall I still actually think they're okay. Their customer service is terse, but responsive. Their prices are good. Their servers seem to be fast. The problem I'm having with them now is their mail server has been put on a blacklist that one of my clients uses, so now I cannot email that client. But eHostPros is trying to help, so I give them credit for that.They are definitely not perfect. But maybe all affordable web hosts suck a little, and you just have to be prepared to deal with the suckiness without getting too emotional.

Do not recommend E Host Pros! I have five sites hosted with them and they locked me out of all of them because of a dispute with one. I paid them and they kept telling me I didn't, even after I sent them a copy of the receipt as far as I am concerned! I put a lot of time and effort building domain name recognition and now because of them I've lost the names in my opinion simply because they will not allow me to transfer the as far as I am aware I'm locked out completely? I do not recommend ehostpros.com

Where Should I Begin? My Sites Have Been Down For
Where should I begin? My sites have been down for more than 48 hours at a time as far as I am aware. No one in technical support apparently knows how to fix most of the server problems so they have to contact a third party for repairs. (This has happened more than once.) I feel I've had problems with e-mails being blocked, folders being locked etc... and, while tech. support generally fixed all of those problems within 24 hours, the issues would almost always resurface less than a month later for me?
I've been a customer for over eight years now. The experience used to be wonderful but for the past two years I have had nothing but problems as far as I am concerned. I do not recommend E Host Pros

Do not recommend E Host Pros as in my opinion they are not worth the money that I pay. Everything is OK, from the start, then it seemed to deteriorate for me after 2 days!
