A Very Big 5 Out Of 5 From Me. I'd Been

A very big 5 out of 5 from me.

I'd been having major problems with the frankly useless Web-Mania (see reviews for them on this site) - two of my websites hosted by them had been offline for a week because of a technical fault, with no indication at all about how long it would be before they sorted out the problem.

My html knowledge is almost zero, and to transfer two domains to a new host was a task I genuinely feared; with Web-Mania being unapproachable I had no idea what steps to take, and what I didn't need was uber-technical language to make things even more confusing.

Thanks to Keiron's concise and 'plain English' instructions I was able to move both domains to BetterWebSpace with no trouble at all. Without his help (which was provided within minutes of each email I sent) I wouldn't have stood a chance.

Even before I've actually got my websites up and running again I'm absolutely delighted with BetterWebSpace.

I First Encountered Betterwebspace When Delivering

I first encountered Betterwebspace when delivering a new site for a client already hosted by them for some time. He is not at all 'techy' and spoke of excellent support enjoyed from them.

His new site launched 2009, one slight hitch with DNS was sorted quickly and easily with Kieran at support.

I have since launched my own site and a new client's site both on the Easy1 package and have no hesitation in recommending Betterwebspace hosting. It delivers what it claims to do in full.

Note: full support for php but not asp.

Our Magazine And Charity Sites Went To Betterwebsp

Our magazine and charity sites went to BetterWebSpace.com, after we were being taken for an expensive 'ride' by one of the big boy's, since then a faultless service has been provided, even when 'some one' tried to corrupt our site, it was picked up by Betterwebspace as it happened, we were really not aware of the problem, until they told us about the 'attempt' to mess us up. Worth every penny paid, a sixth of what we were being charged before.Wish we had used them from the start.
