1st they have a set up fee of 490 USD+ Taxes

2nd they hold 10% reserve, which is more than what we have in market standard.i.e it should be 5%

I started processing from April 2017 and every time when my customers have a Discover or Amex card, the payment gets declined.

In general, payouts are on time which is only thing I am sticking with them however when you see the deductions they deduct around 13% where as on agreement the rates are 3.9%

They deduct addition 10% without stating the reason.

I raised it many times but their service team is dumb to understand this concern.

I have sent Cart Pay notices to the address of Noida as mentioned on the consumer forums. It is almost thrice now that the notice by postal service gets bounced back to me. My business is in Chennai and I can go to them personally. I want the help of someone who can help me with their real address where I can send them notice. Are they In Bengaluru? And please don’t tell me this time that they are in Southex of Delhi or somewhere.
