I must say that having tried to set up an online store several times with different companies, this has been by far the easiest and most versatile and the support you've given has been second to none. Your bulk upload spreadsheet is also the most logical one I've seen too and although I haven't uploaded anything from it yet, I feel confident that it will work when I do. It's so good I'm also very tempted to set up another site for my husband's company.

I previously worked with Absolute design a few years ago and I was really impressed back then. As a result, I decided to come back again to launch my new business. They guys have been so great and my business partner is really impressive with the fast service. I am not technical at all yet they are able to understand my vision. I've been let down so many times with previous designers. Thanks guys!

After reviewing many shopping carts I finally decided upon the Absolutecart not only because it was hands down the best but also because they guys and girls at Absolute and continually developing new features to their system so you are not getting a stale old cart.

What an amazing product, it covers ever angle and provides the customer with a seamless solution for their ecommerce needs. I had always written and maintained my own website as I was in IT programming for many years, so I was very wary of switching to a ecommerce platform.

But Absolutewebdesign have written such an excellent product that I would have been completely mad not to migrate to their system.

The seo is fantastic they have it all covered with search friendly urls and meta tags defaults for those poor souls who know nothing of seo. Hell they even build your google store feed for you.

All your custom tags and social networking are taken care of and the online admin interface is a sweet soft dream making product and customer management a joy.

The support is also most excellent and responsive and [name removed] helped me migrate my site with zero issues and zero content or functionality lost.

I cant believe how good my site is now, absolute improved it incredibly and the seo friendly urls are already indexing on google top of page 2 after only 4 days of building.

I am so happy with the results I would recommend this ecommerce platform to anyone and everyone who asks. At only £19.99 a month its so cheap for what you are getting its absurdly cheap, most people pay 10 times that a month on SEO that gets them no where and here its practically free.

This ecommerce software is the best I have used, I found it really easy. They had recently done a big upgrade and I have to say that for me nothing else I have used compares with the Absolute system ( and i have used just about all of them). Far better than the american stuff and any of the UK based solutions.The support is brilliant, they even did some free design work for me on my logo which they updated and changed the colours for me in photo shop.

I have been with Absolute Shopping Cart for the past 12 months and whenever I have to contact these guys they have always been helpful and friendly. I had loads of questions about how to optimise my wesbite for the search engines,and to be honest I began to feel a bit cheeky about the amount of times I was calling asking the same stuff over and over but they did not seem to mind at all. I mostly spoke to Matt who is really helpful - I'd give him 6 stars if I could!

I've been with Absolute for years and always enjoyed the ease of use the system brings. We defected to Magento a few years ago and hated it in comparison to Absolute. We have to sites, one for our national offices to order supplies from us at head office and another for the public. All work really well and Andy and Luke have always gotten back to me when there have been questions despite what other comments here say. Juggling all the aspects of running a small yet very busy company can leave you open to these kind of comments, I've been there myself. And remember their time helping with tech stuff over the phone is free. On the odd occasion I haven't been able to speak with anyone they have got back to me, but I would happily pay £1 a minute to have my issue resolved on the spot!

All that said the system is brilliant.

These people were keen to speak with me with a view to changing eCommerce solutions. Promises of further information never materialized and a customer service phone number that never answers when called. Further emails never replied to, causes great alarm bells....we won't be going with these people. It's a shame as the software looked really good. Unfortunately it is there loss.

I have used the absolute shopping cart for 3 years and would recommend it to anyone, in fact I often do! Unlike most website hosts, the team at Absolute are available to answer your questions at any time and they don't charge a £1 a minute - it's free! My company sells premature baby clothes and with the help of Absolute my website is No1 for all things prem in Europe! I started with a template shopping cart and as business improved upgraded to a custom built site, it was definitely money well spent! I now have two sites both powered by Absolute www.earlybaby.co.uk and www.teddyandme.co.uk and highly recommend them.

There customer service leaves a lot to be desired, never return calls or e-mails. System is good but they charge for updates. Apart from that is good value for money and a good system for selling products online.
