Poor Service
I am extremely disappointed in the service that i have received. Just when i thought that i would give someone else a try.I have not received any report from them to suggest where i was at the start of my campaign or a month down the line. how can i measure the performance of what a company offers without the report that they say is given automatically on a monthly basis.When i requested this information i was told that i would have an official report sent to me the very next day.Two days later and i have still not received this. I have emailed the company to find that an email reply from them is returned as spam. Very Very Poor Service.
They have offered me nothing that there website reports.
Since leaving the above comments i did in deed try Trebla media again only to find that my initial comments must stand. My website now has a manual spam put against it from Google because the links that have been made are against Google guidelines.
I have spoken to Remmy and unfortunately got nowhere. I have reluctantly now put this in the hands of my solicitor. I have of course emailed and left countless messages To Remmy only to find that their website also has now been changed.
Do not be fooled by their work, Service or expect to get what you think you are getting. I personally have not.
I have written above and commented on the service that I felt I had been provided. In hindsight I feel that I have perhaps been a little unjust in leaving these comments.
Communication is paramount in any business, so a clear understanding must be made at the beginning, middle and end.
I have decided to try Treblamedia again and give then an opportunity to go beyond my expectations.
