Our firm has tried 3 different companies before signing a contract with smart traffic and it goes without saying that the first 3 didn’t live up to expectations or wed still be using one of them. The main problem with them was that they never seemed to be very well organised, a criticism that I couldn’t level at TAWSEO. They laid out a detailed plan when we first talked to them, which included using social websites like facebook as well as increasing the number of external links to our site, and have followed it for the 9 months that we have been working with them. Search engine rankings are greatly improved, traffic is up and business is booming so we are very pleased with the service so far. One minor niggle was a bit of a personality clash between myself and their account manager. As soon as I brought it up they moved us to another manager though so everything is fine now.
