I found Mayhem New Media on a forum called UKBF where I had posted about problems with my previous SEO provider and Andy (who runs the SEO side of things there I believe) posted some helpful information.

I liked the advice, it was though out and easy to understand without any jargon and decided to ask them for a quote. They came back and quoted with a retainer plus bonus if results are satisfactory which was the 1st time I had heard of anything like that. I basically only paid a small monthly fee while their efforts were getting up and running and once results were achieved results I paid them a bonus.

Our site is now page 1 for most of the 120 keywords they wanted to target for me and we get enquiries from our site everyday.
