This site has a nice build, you are able to upload your own stuff, download other's for free, win weekly prizes (iPod Touch), it has great and very catchable design.

If you liked a ringtone or some other stuff you can send the link to all of your email/myspace/bebo/hi5/facebook/friendster buddies in few clicks, without any effort, it opens your buddy list inside the mobilhood and you just check the friends you want to receive it. I really liked that option.
