Beware! Not Recommended!!!
I had a contract for a PPC campaign at topposition I was dealing directly with the sole director of this company. He asked me for a deposit of £2000 + VAT, which I paid. The campaign was not going well. They just copied my existing campaign to their interface. That's all they did. The contract terms was that it can be terminated at any time. I asked to stop the campaign and return the deposit I already paid. The director advised me to clear the outstanding balance so that he can return the deposit. I paid the balance. But he never paid the deposit. After that he never bothered to even pick my phone. At that time, the sole director of this company owned the company APPLE JUPP Ltd (Company No. 07040225), which is now appearing its status in the companies house website as Active - Proposal to Strike off. Money lost.

Beware of this company and the others below. They double charged our company credit card for pay-per-click advertising. we had to file a complaint in order to receive the funds back........

I am not sure you will be able get your money back. They might close their company itself before you can file a complaint. They were previously APPLE JUPP LTD (Company No. 07040225) which is now appearing in the companies house website as Status: Active - Proposal to Strike off. You can check it yourself.

I just joined Velo Media in November 2013 not only are they helping with my Google account i also got a cheque from the for £800 !
I was a bit worried at first, you hear all these stories, but I spoke to a person who is the owner I believe , and so far, my orders are up, spend has increased slightly but this doesn't worry me, as my business has increased by around 30% and spend up by 2%
I find the customer service team really helpful, they are there when I need them
I would be happy to recommend Velo Media to any company

My Clicks Are Downs But Conversion Up !
They have emailed me to write a review on this site, which I have agreed to do.
First of all I have been with him and his team for over 5 years, I am more than happy with the work the do, they contact me once a week to discuss my account.
I have left Velo Media to join other companies, however my costs would increase, and the level of service would not be the same, I guess we all think the grass is green on the other side.
I would have no issue recommending Velo Media for pay per click to any one.

Bit Worried At First But Now I Am Happy
I was a bit worried about using Velo Media due to some of the bad reviews, however I addressed these with my account manager, and i decided to give them a go, I started working with them in August, and so far my cost has gone down, and my business has stayed the same.
I would have no problem recommending Velo Media, but not to my competitors.

Avoid This Company! These Guys Approached Company
AVOID THIS COMPANY! These guys approached company suggesting there was a 'fraud' issue with our advertising account. Needless to say, there wasn't. We even contacted Google who said that Velo Media are trying to defraud us! AVOID these people.
My name is Steve and I work at Velo Media, it may have been myself you spoke to. If I was not clear for the purpose of the call I can only apologise. However, the reason is to bring click fraud forward so people and companies are aware it goes on, it was not to say you have a fraud issue or are conducting click fraud, just to simply explain we have software to help identity and should there be an issue for your company we would very much like to work with you to run your adwords account and part of the service we offer is to also monitor click fraud as and when it happens. If it was not me you spoke to then I can only talk to other staff members to make sure they are clear with their reason for contact. I am not sure what/how to comment on regarding the Google statement you made, we deal with them on a regular basis so will take that up with them direct to hear their view. If you would be comfortable to reply with your contact details please do so and we can talk/email. If not, I hope the above explains some of what Velo Media does for clients we work with and helps in part to change the negative view you have been left with. Thanks for reading. Steve.
Stay Away!!!
I havent used Velo Media's services. However we were contacted to se if we would like to use their services. The person calling started with a lie saying we were on their mailing list.. This I knew was untrue so asked if we could be removed from the list, at this point the the person on the phone became very rude and abusive calling me names.
Please see above reply of mine to highlight part of what we do as a company, I am extremely sorry that you were treated badly by a member of our team who it seems has acted unprofessionally and well out of the code that we request is adhered to at Velo Media. The culture it seems with telephone marketing within the UK has a grey cloud above it and issues like this only work to darken it, please accept my apology and should you like to speak to me then reply with contact details and we can talk/email away from the forum. Velo Media has managed to reduce my cost per click from 0.30p down to just 20p, my orders are the same, positions are the same, well done!
