The pitch from Surge Digital focused on their transparency and the fact the they are very results orientated. I liked the team there so I went with them and kept an open mind regarding what they said they would deliver. I was very pleased to see that each month they have actually delivered all that they said they would and more (since I have tapped them up for a lot of non contracted consultancy advice). The results they have delivered so far after 4 months have been excellent. I have seen close to a 40% increase in traffic despite them saying it could be 3 to 4 months before I saw any real change.

The last marketing agency we used refused to share details like the links they claimed to have obtained whereas Surge are totally transparent about how they secure them and showing me the links themselves.

The only downside is cost as they are not cheap but that said the extra traffic they have generated already pays their bill four fold at least and the traffic is growing weekly so I cannot really complain. Definitely recommended.
