Many people were recruited by this company to undertake a five-week laundry survey with payments of up to £12 (Amazon vouchers) promised to all who had completed the surveys by the 31 December 2017. Some two weeks later people have either not been paid at all, or been paid 20p or 30p. The company had acted abysmally towards the participants and has effectively taken the research information that we have provided and not paid us properly if at all.

Every week, they provide excuse after excuse and most of the participants have been left very upset by this company who have demonstrated that they lack any form of integrity.

If you are a person who takes part in surveys on a regular basis and one turns up for this company - avoid them at all costs. You will not be paid. The company will insist they are not conning you, but they really are. I do not believe that they are legitimate and in all of my years of completing surveys, this is by far the worst experience.
