Greenlight Didnt Know About Panda....
3 months after my company signed with Greenlight search along came the "Panda Update"
Back links was all Greenlight wanted to do on our account and within 3 months my sites traffic had dropped by 60% I fired them...
Thankfully we have now cleaned up the backlinks and traffic is building again...
I would never recommend Greenlight to anyone expect my competitors!
One look at their offices and you quickly see where your fee is spent!

Greenlight Seach Engine Marketing - Constant Late Payments
I am the owner of a successful UK tourism themed website and was approached via email by Greenlight Search with regards to placing their content on my website in exchange for a monthly fee, payable in advance and in my case via PayPal.
The contract was agreed, the text and banner content was created by Greenlight for a well known brand of hotel chain.
I published the content, including graphics exactly as per our agreement and Greenlight approved the live content and raised invoices for my regular payments.

Update - following an email today threatening action via the ASA (advertising standards agency) the overdue invoice was paid, such a shame that I have to constantly threaten legal action to get an invoice paid when I have agreed to all parts of the contract.
My original comments still stand, think carefully about using Greenlight Search if you expect prompt payments as so far they have fallen short of expectations from a 'professional' agency.

Been a client for over 5 years - great agency, great results. Would not hesitate to recommend them!!
I now have 2 unpaid invoices, dating from 1st Sept and 1st October 2011, despite repeated contact with GreenlightSearch SEO these invoices remain unpaid. Therefore I have now removed all content and have requested a URL block via Google Webmaster Tools.
Greenlight Search are a con and I shall be making a complaint to the client whose adverts I published.
Sadly as of August 2011 it would seem that Greenlight Search are failing to adhere to their side of contracts. Legal action from the ASA has had to be threatened to obtain payments from them.
Constant action like this will see them gone by 2012, publishers will avoid the bad players and payers.

They Are Thieves, They Contact Companies To Advrti
They are thieves, they contact companies to advrtise at thier website "any field" according to the business of thier UK clients, they contactes me and they add about 05 texts at our website "homepage" and they mentioned that they will pay us monthly and until now they didn't pay at all recently they contacted me for another website we own, and they want to repeat the same story be aware of them they will never pay you for any advertise
Why do you think they will pay you? They are a PR company who optimises websites so they come up higher in search results. You pay them to make your website better.
