Can't Fault This Company!

ive been with buoyancy for around 7 years and since i signed up with them i have seen my client base increase at a very steady rate. I can confidently say this is down to my page one google listing and brand new site they made for me several years ago. they frequently update my site and carry out regular maintenance to ensure it is always relevant and looking great. I would highly reccomend buoyancy to anyone wishing to get more business especially if you are a small business like myself.

This Company Should Be Taken To Court Immediately,

This company should be taken to court immediately, They use bully boy tactics to get every penny of you .. I’ve been very distressed because of how much this company have harassed me in the past... don’t give them a penny . Cancel your contract ASAP.. and get you money back from your bank...

How can the staff wake up eveyday and work here.

Someone should talk to the staff . Am sure you can find out who works in this company.

Has anyone got a copy of this company's terms and conditions?

DO NOT USE!

Be careful when cancelling your contract with them always e mail and phone and get confirmation of end of contract. Keep all evidence. Or they will try and go down the CCJ route even though they haven't done the work. The Enforcement Team will scare you so much you will have no option but to pay for something you haven't received.

Please get in contact if you feel like fighting against this company.

I can't give them a minus score on this system unfortunately

Do you still have a copy of your terms and conditions? I need to locate these as I'm trying to get legal advice regarding this company

They are total criminals. The staff will soon be punished

I have trie reporting them to both trading standards in Manchester where they are based.

Also tried reporting them to the police as they use bully boy tactics they still chase me for money even though I cancelled over two years ago.

You cannot cancel once they have your name you are on their system and they will chase for money. I at to close my business account because of these sharks.

We as victims should stand up and counter claim for consistent harassment.

Stay Away From Buoyancy!

I can't understand how so called "company" still exist! Hook their credit card so can milk them every month! They doing absolutely nothing from what they promise! Simply looking for fools and made money on it!

What they offer, all respectable sites like Gumtree, Vivastreet, UK classified, Freeindex and many others, including Google itself, do it for free!

How its work. Shall we say, you are a window cleaner in Cambridge. If somebody need window cleaner, they would go on Google and put on search: window cleaners Cambridge. Try it now yourself! Can you see anywhere Buoyancy?? What can you see? You see the number of window cleaners in an aria as well as other respectable sites! No a hint about Buoyancy!

But Buoyancy staff need money so they choose to twisted way to earn them. Its nothing but rip off! They would promise you that you will be in 1st page of Google if you Google their business and aria. It never will be simply because there a lot of good, well known sites on Google. Try again! Try: health&beauty Edinburgh! Can you see anywhere a word Buoyancy? Try something else!

Even if they were honest decent company, why on earth you need to pay to be 1st page of Google?! You can do if for free or hardly anything 1 off ad like with Gumtree! I tell you why! Because they want your money!! They have nothing to offer! So they looking for fools to make their fortune! Stay away from that "company"! Remember, they are looking for fools!!

Stay Well Clear Of This So Called Marketing Compan

Stay well clear of this so called marketing company, they say they will give you front page google for 30 days. What they don't tell you is that you have limited clicks, so after say 10 or 12 clicks within a 24 hour period, you have used your allowance and you are automatically removed from google and you may not even be on the front page, usually second or third page.

You are then re-entered at midnight, so if your clicks are up by 1am you will not bee seen until the following midnight.

I used them for 3 months and 2 days before another payment was due for the 4th month I cancelled by phone, they told me I had to give them 30 days notice.

I told them I was no longer interested in their poor service and told my bank to make no further payments.

That was 7 months ago, they were on the phone today chasing me for over £1000.... Good luck with that.

In Scotland we have laws that protect us financially from sharks like these.

Stay well clear, Buoyancy Media are only interested in one thing...and its not excellent customer service.

Do Not Use This Company

O my I have just rad many reviews and all share the same experience as myself. As a SME I was invited to take a GOogle ad for one month. After that they automatically renewed my subscription (which had produced not ONE result! They renewed automatically and my bank questioned the payment. Since then they have taken 6 SIX months payment. Some of those were refunded by my bank when I was able to explain that I wished to cancel my sub. Their correspondence has been nameless and address-less and I have received threats from a debt collection company (in London!) to boot! They are now charging me for the chargeback from my bank! In fact they have finally (after calls and emails from me) cancelled the subscription in May 2016 and still the payments continue! Please do not enter into any form of contract with this highly unethical and unprofessional outfit.

Worst Company Ever

The worst company ever!!! If I could I would give them no stars!

First of all they rang me to offer them services , and stupidly I entered into a contract, secondly they did not send the contract details or any other information so I was left clueless as to what was exactly happening , thirdly when I tried to ring them to cancel the contract within the 30 days cancellation period no one picked up, it kept going to voicemail , so I rang my bank to try to stop the payments but by then it was too late , and before you know it I had to pay 4 instalments , for a small business like mine this was a huge debt , my advice is AVOID this company at all costs , they will not only fail to perform their services but will bind you in a expensive contract where you will end up paying more than expected !

Never will I accept services from a company like this , make sure you do your research and definitely check out their reviews before you agree to anything

Hello, we were also fallen into this trap with Buoyancy, but good news, if you have paid with a credit card then you could possibly claim your money back through s75 of the consumer credit act for misrepresentation, so if you have paid via a credit card write to the credit card company and make a claim under s75.

Fraudelant And Just Awful Business Practices

They do not deliver results,I saw no increase in traffic. Its more effective putting £10 into a facebook advert than do a monthly payment to Buoyancy.

They make it very hard to cancel, and even when I called up to cancel they billed me again.

If I could give negative stars I would.

Stay Away!

The worst company I could have asked to do business with. Whilst the initial contact was great, all happy to help and do things, once it actually starts, so do the limitations. Despite promises of being able to cancel the subscription and that someone would be in touch prior to this, they conveniently fail to contact you; it is your fault for not paying attention to the subscription trial period) and then expect exorbitant fees for really doing nothing. Oh and putting you on pg 1 of Google, its the little writing that gets advertised somewhere annoyingly to the side of Pg1 where people do not click for fee of being tricked. Wish I had read some reviews before parting with any money.
