I have been with artweb for a number of years now and it is really easy to set up a website if you are a beginner artist and/or lack confidence in web-design.

However when you are set up and progress as an artist it is really clumsy to alter. For example,if you change the title of a page, the changes do not follow through.

If you title a new page it seems to show as their menu title in your Home Page settings - which is unprofessional to say the least.

Images of your work normally appear in a horizontal line sequence, but to alter the position you have to alter in a vertical sequence, which means to have to keep checking it looks right by 'previewing' the pages after moves/changes.

The changes in page order often does not respond tot he up and down commands when changing the titles and altering titles of your pages on the home page to correspond with changes to titles on the separate pages seems a nightmare.

These are clumsy tools for a site that has been around a long time and now, when submitting a query I seem to have to wait for ever for a response to my ticket. Which is a recent change.
