Went to TXT TV to check on phone compatibility, all ticks in the categories for my phone model. Got sent website to get game download from..."Sorry your phone is incompatiable" ..great..

So I sent them email asking for refund... "You are not eligible for refund"..ok...

A few emails later pointing out that they had listed my phone as compatible when it was not, managed to get my £6 credit back..in the form of a cheque...which will probably be with me in 1 months time...

Sent them a further email asking why my phone was listed as compatible... still awaiting reply...

Do not recommend TXT TV.

To stop the calls type in uppercase STOP CALLS making sure there is a space in between the two words. Where does it say on their website that you will be charged for their texts? I am contacting the Trading Standards and anyone else who will listen to me. These companies must be stopped and RIGHT NOW!

Wouldn't use it again, and I would like to know how you get it to stop sending messages to you because I have tried all the things it says!!

When I cancelled my subscribtion by texting stop to 88066, a few hours later I received 4 chargeable texts in ONE minute. Then when I tried to get contact details the TXT TV free.txtuk.tv website was suddenly unavailable due to being under construction. Very funny that especially as I had only been on it a few hours earlier.
