Obviously a teenager in his bedroom rather than a real company. Rude customer service and difficult to deal with. One to avoid.

I have used a number of bulk text messaging providers and after their initial services they became difficult.. grab you in and then ignore you, which in business terms was unacceptable. These guys have been brilliant!

When I described my requirements they listened and helped with what I wanted to do. With their experience they helped me to assemble a much more targeted and focussed campaign which turned out to be the most effective, I could see and analyse the results and with their assistance I used these for a second campaign which doubled my responses. And they were cheaper than my previous supplier! Cost wasn't the main concern though, quality was and is.

That was three years ago and everything I have done with them since has worked out well. I don't think there is another operator out there who can claim to be as effective, and if there were, I don't think I would switch as my confidence with Textvertising is established, why would I go into the unknown?

As far as I am concerned this company is the market leader, end of.

They are also UK based so when I do need to get in touch I can speak to someone who can help. There customer support team are really helpful.
