I run an agency and often need to send out messages to customers (around 10,000 monthly). I tried email but due to poor open rates I get little response back. LiveWire SMS gets immediate responses back from my customers. It's nice and simple with good results. It does cost more than email alone, but it has a personal touch with far better results than even I ever expected. My phone was ringing off the hook after just a few seconds of my first batch being sent. The return I'm seeing is far better than I first anticipated.

Only negative: I would like to see more import options, but apart from that, no complaints!

Very nice system and easy to use. Has a lot of features that can be overwhelming at first but easy to understand after a while.

We've been using Livewire SMS for 6 weeks after being given a free trial. We decided to make the switch from one of their competitors due to constant issues. I'm glad we did! The cost is much cheaper, the software is much better in terms of performance and ease of use. If I had to compare I would say LiveWire is like the Apple of SMS world, well designed, sleek and just works. The guys and girls are very innovative, showing us SMS firsts like smartpages, rewards and opt-out with feedback. I cannot sing their praises enough! I would recommend to everyone who needs to send mass messages, fast!

What I like about LiveWire is how fast and simple it is to use. It works perfectly on my iPad which is a first, I have tried a lot of other Admin panels that simply don't ---- this should be standard these days, right?

I send 10,000 emails to all my members with around 1-3% conversion. Since collection mobile numbers for all my customer I get around 15% + conversion on just 3000 SMS messages!!! That's conversion!

I use LiveWire SMS as an integration to website because its cheap and the API is easy to setup and use.

One of the easiest APIs I have used. Live Wire providers a real restful API for developers. I'm currently using Live Wire with our own CRM internally to send out messages and it works like a charm.

I'm sending around 1 million text messages per month, LiveWire SMS has been the only provider that gives me the best cost and performance. Their software is easy to use but also provides advanced functionality for the professionals like me. They have some features that no other UK provider has like mobile site tools, exit questions and a REAL API.
