You can never get one and when you do stuff is missing and it's hard to find anything with 100's of spam emails.

Shockingly Bad
Do not bother if you want an email inbox that you can actually log into when you'd like, you don't like being bombarded with spam and no spam filters and you want any type of service for your money. How do these people get away with charging for such utter rubbish. I have been with postmaster for many years, and have in the main now migrated away, but I still have a lot of people that write to my old email, trouble is the emails go missing, are late, attachments often wont add to emails and its pot luck if this week you actually log in. Last year, the log in home page changed for a week to a middle eastern oil magazine. Today as I write its been almost 48 hours with a message that says "502 Bad Gateway" and no access and no response from the 2 emails to support. I have important legal documents sent to me to sign, that needed to be signed today, but lo and behold its not working AGAIN. You'd be better getting a free email provider and setting fire to £14.99 than spending it on postmaster, at least with the free email provider you'd get emails and could log in. Utter dross. STAY AWAY

Terrible - Site Regularly Unavailable With Zero Comms
I'd give zero stars if that was an option, but at least the 'terrible' clarification does the email provider justise. It's frightening for me when I think about all my important emails being in this company's hands, so I am urgently looking for a new, reliable, paid-for service. DO NOT USE if you want access to your emails or any form of explanation for any of the numerous times the entire site simply disappears. When the site is 'up', my emails arrive between a few hours and a day after being sent, and can be hard to filter out from the vast quantities of spam.
Don't Give Your Bank Details!!
For the second time in a few years, the account i had with postmaster.co.uk has gone missing! It was at first supposed to be a free account and then they wipe your details and ask for money! OK, 1st time I paid but next time I'm wary! Postmaster pls contact me with an explanation for this.
Cannot Access Site - Hijacked?
I am a registered Postmaster user, but since last night I cannot access the site, neither can my daughter from her computer. When we try we get Oil Review Middle East. What is the problem? Has the site been hijacked? Is there a security issue? We can't report it to Postmaster as every time we try to contact them we get re-directed to the Middle East site. If we go through Google it shows up as being Postmaster site but the Oil site comes up. Surely Postmaster must know!

Service Vanished Overnight !!
I tried accessing my emails on Saturday 17th November 2012 only to find an oil industry news page where Postmaster.co.uk once resided. I cant find any information about this problem anywhere on the internet !!! How much worse can a webmail service get? Thats me finished with Postmaster.co.uk please dont ever think about paying money for this NON-SERVICE provider.
Hi, I had the same problem yesterday and will not be renewing my subscription as I'm not paying for this shambles!! However, not sure if you've got the zimbra login page address so that you can still access your email.

Lost My Emails From My Late Mother
From 2004-2007, I lived in Japan, and used to exchange emails with my late mum through this email system. They have managed to LOSE these emails, and repeated requests to restore them have been utterly ignored. And this is a service I have PAID for, not a free one! Ever since Vorari took over, the system has been an unmitigated disaster. Avoid at all costs.

I have been with Postmaster for years but had to back up with Hotmail as Postmaster not particularly reliable. Since they joined up with Vorari what a mess and now absolute rubbish - avoid at all costs

Avoid At All Costs!! Zero Stars Across The Board
Don't normally post these but if it helps postmaster go under then I'm willing.
I joined up to the original postmaster webmail probably 10+ years ago and have since watched what was a simple, no frills, reliable service deteriorate into an unusable mess. I won't bore you with history of gradual decline but the latest move to vorari is an absolute cluster bomb. My Inbox and subfolders just disappeared after week of not being able to logon. 3 weeks later its still not fixed and the temporary logon page looks like its been put together in a special needs IT class.
The service support accepts requests, oh yes, but that's the end of it, no response - ever, I mean, seriously nothing ever! Try calling the support line (+44 (0) 203 002 3761 - go on its funny - I will bet my house you are number 2 in the queue, and you will be until you hang up.
... and they charge 16 smackers for this astonishingly bad service.
Do yourself a favour and just avoid them as if they were riddled with black death.
Blimey, I could have written this myself! Exactly my experience, as a user since 1999. I wonder how may of us there are! My subscription has been due for a few weeks, and fortunately they haven't been able to get it! I'm sorry to say I've resorted to mildly abusive replies to the \"support\" team! I can only assume Vorari took over with a view to destroying the business.

No Service Whatsoever
Since postmaster was 'taken over' by voltari it has been a nightmare and just when I thought it could not get worse it has, No service for nearly a week, cannot communicate, no information and am trying to run a business heavily reliant on emails - anyone else experiencing same?
Yes, the service is disgusting since going over to voltari. We are home users, 3 of us use and pay for their so called 'Gold Service' but it has been practically non existant over the last 3 months. Firstly all our files and folders vanished and it took weeks for them to retrieve them, the service after than was hit or miss, mostly miss, and then just two weeks ago all our folders and records vanished again. No service as other poster says for a week but this is now their standard service pattern! To add insult to injury they had a notice up a one point claiming that the users were to blame for overloading the system or somesuch rubbish and took payments from our banks in October for a non existant service.
Oh yes! My review will be up shortly. All I can say is all praise to mugs like me who stuck with this paid service through bad and badder - until now ! Bye Postmaster
