It used to be quite good when I started using it four years ago, but since the interface was redesigned it's gotten more difficult to use. Particular problems are: the search function, it occasionally finds what you search for, but usually returns no results; the shortcuts, for example pressing down arrow skips to the next email and pressing backspace deletes the email, which is never what i want; according to thunderbird the authentication is unsecure; is unreliable, lots of downtime.

The last straw happened this week. The server was down for a while, and now that it's up, it looks like all my emails from before last week have been deleted, though a message on the site promises that they'll come back. I had to collect the information from the emails again by ringing people. I hope the emails are restored, and i'm off to find a more reliable service now...
