Having been with O2 for three years and sky for 1 year my connection was stable and bandwidth was rising to a point of 9ookb/s download and a 130kb/s upload(not to bad for copper connection).

The day BT took over it became 800Kb/s and 45Kb/s !!!!!!!

This is a standard connection for my exchange BT said.....

As I write this on a sunday morning I have a download speed of UNDER 500Kb/s with no other program or device connected..

I think that in this day and age the ACTUAL OWNER of the network would be able to give the best service available .....
